We came in with a slightly rambunctious toddler but the staff was understanding and worked with us to keep her in line and entertained. We ordered the grilled cheese panini, which was great comfort food, and a thin crust hawian, which was one of the nest I have ever had. And the selection of drinks was superb. My wife doesn't tend to enjoy need, but they brought us some samples and we managed to find one she enjoyed. Would love to come back soon

Very slow service. Lots of flys. Strange policies regarding portions on the weekend. It's seems the sections are too big and there are not enough servers. Not really a sense of urgency. Stick to the downtown location.

I moved away a few years ago, but came home with my husband for Christmas. I remember the amazing food and beer from my college days and was excited to bring my hubbie here. The food is still great! The pepperoni rolls are crazy good along with the pizza and salads we ordered. I boast Colorado beers all the time and was so excited to try some old favorites and some new ones too. Thanks Old C's for still being a great place to eat, drink, watch a game. and hang out.

Love their pizzas and beer selection. They also have some good ciders, which isn't all that common. Employees are always friendly too.

Good selection of beers. Bartenders are quick and professional. Menu is massive and very diverse. Good place to watch games and grab a bite.

First of all, I'm a person of the thinking that any pizza is good pissa. They've got good options, of your standard varieties of pizzas. The wings are great and beers are cold. This place is worth the stop.

I am from the Chicago area and was raised knowing what actual Chicago thin-crust and deep dish pizza is supposed to be. I have been in Colorado Springs for the last few years going to college and my friends and I occasionally catch happy hour here since the beer is pretty cheap during this time. I will also admit I do frequently make fun of how fake the pizza is advertised here, since it isn't even close to how real Chicago pizza is served. So about the pizza ... the deep dish isn't at all what real deep dish pizza is supposed to be like. With real deep dish, it is nearly impossible to eat the pizza with your hands and you are supposed to use a fork and knife. The taste is also quite unique to every restaurant's deep dish pizza when you try it and they taste very rich. Deep dish pizza at Old Chicago is nothing like real deep dish pizza, and I surely hope customers realize this. In fact, the only thing similar to real deep dish is the fact it uses a deep dish pan ... that's it. Old Chicago's deep dish is literally just normal pizza with a lot of cheese and a thicker crust. REAL deep dish pizza is supposed to fill up the ENTIRE deep dish pan to the rim and be stuffed with sauce and 'toppings'. Old Chicago's pizza usually only makes it a quarter of the way to the top of the rim, is not stuffed with toppings, and is not stuffed with sauce; thus making it look silly to us from Chicagoland that regularly ate real deep dish while growing up or while we lived there, and still do when we go back. Don't get me wrong though, Old Chicago pizza tastes good and they have a good array of options. I also love their happy hour since it is reasonably priced and a good time to meet up with friends. However, I believe they take too much pride in the pizzas they make and calling them "Chicago-style" pizzas is sort of an insult to real Chicago-style restaurants in and around Chicagoland. In conclusion, this is a chain restaurant, so don't expect authentic Chicago-style food when you enter, because it's nothing close. Simple as.

To sum it up in one word. Horrible!! A party of five and each of our plates were ice cold. The appetizers were cold, entrées were cold. Bread was burnt, soda was flat. The french fries had a TON of salt. The only good thing about this place was the waiter Xavier. He hustled the whole night. The manager was also very nice. Never going back to this place.

    (1)
  • Jason T.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Waited 45 minutes for food and it wasn't even that busy. No apology. Rude waitress. Won't be back.

This restaurant is one of the laziest, and most disappointing places that I have ever patroned. The food is underwhelming. The staff seems incredibly inattentive. The food is overpriced and this is a shining example of what happens when restaurants become overwhelmed by the whole chain thing. I know many places that do to go ordering and they make the experience quick and painless. Not sitting at a crowded bar with a bunch of assholes hanging out around you and waiting for fifteen minutes for your food order that was placed thirty minutes prior to my arrival. This location is not the only one. I have had terrible experiences at all of the old chicagos at one time or another. But this last minute, late night order that cost $35 (for macaroni, spaghetti and an order of mozzarella sticks) and they forgot the chicken in macaroni was the last straw... These guys are terrible and I will never set foot in another Old C's again. Thanks for terrible food purchases losers.

sigh, another underwhelming deep dish pizza experience. I don't know why I have hopes and expectations at chain restaurants anymore, and that's what I get for trusting a Colorado person who's never left the state about good deep dish. I guess I'm cranky in 2011, and Old Chicago might deserve 3 stars for its food. I mean it's typical chain food. They had an AWESOME pomegranate lemonade tho. Oh! I remember why 2 stars, our waitress sucked. She didn't give us silverware, brought us plates after our food arrived, and didn't stop to check on us even once. We even had to get our bill from another server because ours wasn't even trying to pay attention to us. Ya honey, you were across the aisle looking at us askance... i noticed.

  • Tessa U.

It was busy and we had 3 adults and 3 kids. The server was very busy but did an amazing job. Our food didnt come out of the kitchen on time and our pizza was given to the wrong table, but when we finally got it all, it was all very good. Since it was the kitchens accident our server did not charge us for the second pizza. It was all reasonably priced. I didnt care for the thin crust or Hawaiian with onions and peppers, but the pan crust was very good and the ingredients on the classic were so good we had them for breakfast too. I would recommend, great service and pretty good pizza.

  • Gary K.

Sooooooo tasty!!! I started with a Caesar salad and had the Italian Grinder Calzone. Roasted red peppers, grilled green peppers and onions, pepperoni and meatballs and 3 kinds of cheese. YUMMMMMMMM. And the best part of all, a YELP Check-in offer of $2 off your entree!! Gotta love that!! I've been eating at different Old Chicago's for a couple years now... and this one was on par with the rest of them... The building however, was a little old compared to the others. This one is not an original OC building, bus obviously used to be another restaurant... not a big deal, just made for a awkward layout compared to others I've been to... Service was great! Food was great!!

We went here to celebrate my wife's b-day with some friends. We came an hour early to snag a table or two since they don't take reservations on Friday or Saturday. We found a table for six in the bar area and were scoping out some more room as we had 15+ people expected. Our waitress was super nice and worked well with us to end up snagging two other tables for 14 seats which easily used. The only complaint I had was that she was hard to find when people in our party wanted food or drink. I still would not hesitate to return!

  • Brian T.

Came into town for business and just wanted a quick meal I could bring back to the my hotel room. I called ahead and ordered a calzone. The girl who answered the phone was courteous and got my order down in no time. Fifteen minutes later, I was back in my hotel room with a hot, tasty calzone. Good toppings, nice cheese, and soft crust. All around, pretty good, but nothing to make this the calzone to end all calzones. For the price, speed, and taste, it'll pass.

  • Drew A.

3 weeks in a row sitting at the bar with the wife. Very attentive service, great atmosphere. Beer selection is great and the prices are decent. Foods not to bad.

    (5)
  • Jason C.

The pizza is good but people from Chicago or people who have experienced actual Chicago deep dish pizza would argue that this place is more like pizza with a thick crust cooked in a deep dish. When I went here I was expecting a knife and fork pizza that had layers of cheese and toppings but this was not the case. Although I was able to pick up the slice, it tasted very good, it just wasn't what I was expecting.

  • Steve V.

Worst service I've had at a restaurant in ages. Slow/non-existent service, wrong order, missing items, no explanations. Definitely won't be back here again.

    (1)
  • Mark S.

They make a fantastic calzone. I have been going to Old Chicago's for about 20 yeas now and they never disappoint. This particular location used to be a steak house back in the day. It is spacious and roomy. Nice for a group of friends and much quieter than the other Colorado Springs locations. I was in the mood for their fantastic Grilled Chicken Caesar salad when I saw they have a new Artisan Pizza menu... you should totally check it out. I had 'the Verona' cured Italian salami, kalmata olives, marinated and roasted Roma tomatoes, freshly grated Mozzarella, crumbled Feta and fresh basil. Scrumptious.

  • Ray B.

Try the Jerk Chicken Wings - very tasty! Great staff who are friendly and helpful. It's a little loud in the bar, but bars are loud!

Great Pizza Great price, I highly checking this chicago style pizzaria out.

  • Farakh Z.

Good food...nothing spectacular. But the selection of beers is great.

    (3)
  • Sibby S.

For a chain, it's ok. Decent, however unspectacular pizzas and pasta dishes. They have some tasty deep-fried appetizers. The crowd at this location is festive, and the waitstaff is friendly. An ok option if in the area.

    (3)
  • Heather G.

Very pleasant visit to this Old C's. The hostess was an absolute delight. Very friendly and open, talked to us the whole way to our seat. Our waitress, Megan, was also a delight. My husband and I decided to split and entree and what was nice is it came out already split for us! My drink never ran dry, which is a huge plus for me because I HATE it when my drink is not refilled. I was surprised at how quiet it was, usually Old C's is loud. I really enjoyed going to this location and plan on being back in the future.

  • Rodge B.

If Champps and Uno Pizza got it on, this would be the child. Next to last place we went to the night we were in the Springs, but I remember a large beer selection and a decent amount of chicks. Pretty cheap and BIG beers during Monday Night Football.

    (3)
  • Ron S.

Old Chicago is a chain. There are lots of chain restaurants in Colorado. However, they have 110 beers here. You can go here for a year and never get tired of all the brews. Their appetizers are pretty good. Oh yeah, and there's free wi-fi. One of my biggest complaints about Colorado Springs is that there are no good pizza joints here. Now, I still maintain that this is the case, and Old Chicago is not a great pizza place; however, Old Chicago's "Double Deckaroni" is one outstanding pepperoni pizza. If you find yourself at Old C's (as we call it) and you're looking over the menu not knowing what to get, I highly recommend this. It pretty much all I get here. That, with a couple of Woodchuck Hard Ciders, and I'm set to go man.

    (4)
  • Dauna R.

Decided to try even though had mixed reviews. We should not have bothered. If you want good Italian food, DONT GO HERE. Also, the restaurant smelled, and not in a good way.

  • Daisy C.

After listening to my two co-workers who are beer connoiseurs talk about beer for a week, I decided to join them at Old Chicago, which has at least a hundred beers on the menu. I tried a local wheat beer (I think it was called Easy Street), and it was almost good enough to make me a convert...if only beer were served in 8 oz portions. The pizza was decent. I had the Tomato caprese. I ate it cold for lunch the next day, and it was still pretty good.

    (4)
  • David R.

Yes, A-OK, not great, no woohoo here. I went with the FQ tip to try the spinach artichoke calzone with chicken and that was rather meh. It needed much more meat, and probably a good variety of cheese. The service was kind of okay as it didn't start out well when the front of the house didn't really call our our table's name and skipped us (we were right at the corner of the bar by them). I give them some lenience as they had one 30top to handle but really, missing seating someone right by you kinda sucks. So the food and service was kinda meh but the selection of beer is awesome so rawk on.

  • Chris H.

I am sorry, you can't put Chicago in your name, serve pizza that is that bad and expect someone from IL not to get upset. You have Chicago in your name and serve a "stuffed" pizza that is nothing more than a glorified calzone? Have you even had Chicago pizza?

    (1)
  • Jeff W.

BOMB Pizza place! The stuffed pizza roll and chicken quesidilla appetizers were nothing short of amazing. The stuffed pizza was delicious as well, however i only ate 1/6 of it due to the appetizer and beer sampler filling me up. But i'll keep you posted if the status of the pizza changes tomorrow when i try and finish it off. The order did get mixed up, but they were more than competent in fixing it for us, as well as taking a few $$ of the bill. That's good enough for me!

    (4)
  • Amanda C.

The service was the saving grace on this chain. I have never eaten at a Old Chicago before, and I likely never will again. Overly bready, clearly prefabbed ingredients and... "chainy" atmosphere. It was edible, but certainly nothing to write home about... so I'll stop.

    (3)
  • David L.

Fast service and great spaghetti. Will come again when I am in town.

  • G S.

The food was great and it was fun hanging out where the pool table was with my friends. I had the wings, and the fish and chips. My husband had one of their giant calzones. Food was soo good. My fish was nice and crispy and the calzone was so good. I give this place only 3stars because our waitress was the worst peace of crap waitress I've seen in a long time. It took her almost 10 minutes to even approach us for drink orders. Then she walked away from the table before she even got my drink order! When I got my fish, I asked for more cocktail sauce, she FINALLY brought me more AFTER I had already finished my dinner. BTW, if you are military, they will only give you 10% discount off food, not alcohol. I understand that they didn't even have to give us discounts , but geez.....lol.

Stopped in here after a visit to CC. Was in on a footbal sunday, so the place had a quite a little buzz going. Nice bar with a huge beer selection, always a plus! Food is ok, wasn't overly thrilled with any of the apps or thepizza. Pizza is just a step above any other chain style pizza restaurant. The Cajun wings were the best part of our sampling

    (3)
  • David L.

Loved it. Haven't tried the pizza yet but had 2 "flyers" which consists of 4 mini-beer samples for about the same price as one regular sized beer. Since I enjoy trying different beers and they have 110 to choose from, I got a special "beers around the world" membership card to use. Ordered the Italian melt sandwich, which was really a mile high pastrami, but tasted great. Also had the chicken salad. Can't wait to go back and try the stuffed pizza. Plus, it's the only place I know of in town to see Bears football games. Waiter was very efficient and friendly. Not crowded in the dining area at all. Nice booths. Only complaint is that most of the beers are not on draft, about 90 of them are bottles.

    (4)
  • Lana A.

YUM, YUM, YUM! Great service and food here! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and there was so much left over we made a great lunch from it the next day. The menu is big, which makes it hard to decide what to get, but definitely worth the effort. Ask the super friendly staff for recommendations if you're stuck. Watch for occasional specials that include dessert with your meal. (The apple crisp is to die for.) Man, but I wish there was an Old Chicago like this one near where I live in Florida! Or, heck, ANY Old Chicago at all!

    (5)
  • Mo C.

Great food, pleasant service, but they were out of three of the six beers for the Halloween Mini Beer Tour. For a promotion that only lasts about 2.5 weeks, it seems pretty dumb that they would be out of half of the beers. I will definitely be going to another OC location to finish the tour.

    (3)
  • Sven S.

So glad I don't have to eat here anymore. I'm pretty confident that anyone having a reasonable choice of places to eat would never venture in here. Service is cheesy and the food is no good. I can't offer much advice other than to move to denver or boulder. good luck though.

    (2)
  • Shiho F.

Another 5 stars for this OC. They saved me 2 tickets for the Friday session of Beer Fest as well. Yeah, I know... I drove all the way down but it will be so worth it!

    (5)
  • Erica A.

Pretty damn good ... I'm leaning toward the 3.5 star mark, not so much a 4 due to service. The pizza was really good and fresh, and the wings were DELISH! We couldn't stop raving about them. Perfect with a Blue Moon to wash em down. My only gripe, why I deducted a star, was that the waitress was super friendly to the table next to us running down happy hour specials, etc. Obviously they were locals, and we weren't. A little bummed, I would've liked to try more of their specialty beers had I known they were part of the special!!!! Ooh and they put sliced almonds on top of their garden salads, such a nice touch.

  • Christina S.

I like Old Chicago's. I like it better than BJ's. I'm struggling with the rating... I'm giving it four stars because I'm on the fence about it being three... This particular location holds some fond memories for me, but it isn't as nice/new/clean as the location on Powers and doesn't have the charm of being downtown. But the food seems to come out the same, pizza rolls are always the temptation for me! Yum! And the beer selection is just as good. Old Chicago's is just one of those "old reliables". The servers and hosts/hostesses are plenty friendly but the service isn't always very fast. I like being able to come here though whether I've got kids with me, if I decided to go out sans makeup, if I dressed up, if I dressed down, if it's date night, or I'm meeting friends. I'm never rushed by the servers so it's a great place to go catch up with people you haven't seen in a while.

I have been to this place like 15 years ago at night and it is a fairly decent bar with pretty good pizza. Of course now is a different phase of life so this review is regarding afternoon time kill to get the daughter a bite. It didn't start off so good when the hostess took us to a corner table and asked if it was ok. Seeing crusty sauce on the table, food in the booth seats we asked for something else (table did not get cleaned during our stay). Next I asked for a high chair. Hostess brings one with a strap missing so I had to ask for one that works properly. Theriouthly, did this lady wake up today? Onto the meal. Kid's meal was some salty nuggets, cut carrots, celery, cucumber and ranch. Wife had a bland chicken sandwich and fries. Did I mention the 1 silverware place setting, 0 refills of water and 1 napkin? Price out the door $16 which wasn't bad for the 1 hour killed.

This Old C has the benefit of being one of the only sit-down chain restaurants in this part of town. It tends to get crowded on weekends and evenings, usually with an 20-35 year old crowd. On my most resent visit I strayed from the pizza and ordered a sandwich with veggies on the side. While the sandwich was perfectly average, the veggies definitely tasted funky and old: the cucumber slices were limp and the broccoli had that old stale funk that tells me that it definitely had been sitting around the kitchen well beyond its prime. Looking back I realize I should have just stuck with pizza for safety. The server got my order wrong and forgot the ranch dip that comes with the veggies. It was a scattered service overall that left me feeling my dollars would have been better off left in my wallet.

  • Liz K.

We didn't eat when we went, we just stopped by the bar, but bartender Drew was fun and engaging and good at his job. When a bartender is willing to play the "you pick something" game with me I'm pleased, and he even made something good, so yay. Other than his Grateful Dead cocktail we just did tequila shots and a couple Tom Collinses which were made by another bartender and were pretty underwhelming, but he made up for it enough that we left happy. Charisma and mixing skills are both pretty vital.

Quality evening with the fam. Billiards, drinks and snacks. Service was slow at first but evened out after shift change. Solid pizza and apps. Pool tables could use some attention. One more thing, when you rearrange the tables, the lighting needs to be realigned to fit the new setup. Can only bump my head so many times.

Only order the pizza at a pizza & taproom place. Their promotional hamburgers are either burnt or raw.

    (2)
  • Sean B.

Seriously the worst service I've experienced in some time. Everyone from the hostess to the server to the manager lacked people skills and enthusiasm. The pizza bar was empty, the beer took forever, and there were no clean plates at the buffet.

I'm sorry Old Chicago's on Academy, I wish you could be like the one on powers. I just don't get it. Every time, something is up. I came in at 3 on Sunday and I see all these open tables and the hostess just talks to some server she is flirting with and puts me on wait. I was the only one there. 10 minutes later she finishes her talk with ol' boy and walks us back to our table. Just seemed rude considering our server only had 1 other table. The pizza here just seems done in a hurry (which makes no sense because it always takes forever to get) sometimes I get the wrong sauce on the Hawaiian. Sometimes the serves sucks, Sometimes the pizza isn't very hot, sometimes, sometimes, sometimes, its just always something, which sucks because I love old Chicago! I think the one on Academy could just really use some tightening of the reins and it could be a well polished restaurant. I'm sorry

Really good burgers and fries. The pizza is awesome and so tasty. The service is great the servers are fast and friendly. Just awesome.

Overpriced overpriced overpriced. I've had better pizzas that I bought out of the freezer at the grocery store. Host was next to handicapped and extremely unprofessional. My waitress was really nice though. And the restaurant had this bathroom smell to it. Gross! I think they use cat or dog in their recipe. Greasy as hell and tastes like Pizza Hut. Two thumbs down

A good spot. I like the other Old Cs around town better. I'm sure others think the same because this one is never packed. Lol but a great spot still!!

  • Devin B.

Profoundly bad service in the dining room. 15 minutes wait for our server, no plates for pizza bar, 30 minute wait on pizza, didn't clear our plates, didn't provide spoons for the soup. The manager apologized, but wasn't capable of clearing the plates, and the single worst infraction, 35 minutes for our beer!

Great food!! I had the chicken salad with apples and walnuts. Very refreshing after a long day. My son had a sweet Cajun chicken burger that he loved! Our waiter Devan was very friendly and the GM Allison came to our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Great service, great food ..great experience over all!

  • Pedro V.

I had been here numerous of times and I had never had any problems ordering drinks. We met some friends at one of the booths, our waitress saw us sit down and didn't ask if we needed anything. So we stood up and went to the bar to order drinks and we were approached by another waitress and we were told we cannot order drinks at the bar if we had a booth because supposedly they wanted to see how much we were drinking. That's when our waitress saw us trying to order drinks at the bar and asked if we needed something. I enjoy coming to Old Chicago but not sure if I will be patronizing this place again. I had never had any problems with their service until today.

I have celiac disease and we went to Old Chicago for a company dinner. I ordered a hamburger without a bun. My coworker ordered the same burger but without BBQ sauce. When the food came out my burger still had a bun on it. His, however had no BBQ sauce. I looked at the waitress and her exact response was, 'Oh! Shoot, you didn't want the bun...sorry I was paying more attention to the fact he asked for no BBQ sauce. Can I get you a free beer?' Like seriously?! I have a disease and this twit waitress thought it was okay to blow off my intolerance like it was nothing?! This has happened twice. Twice. I am so displeased with the staff and negligence of this restaurant.

Terrible service, waitress was awful and when wasn't tipped accordingly told the manager we had to be cut off from alcohol. Everyone had one only one drink. Active duty soldiers who were less than 24 hours from a 9 month deployment were treated like trash because the service was atrocious.

This location has declined in recent years. When the chain was bought out, they turned this location into a test store; now I feel like a Guinea pig when I go there. The first thing they did was get rid of the old slow pizza ovens and replace them with high speed, high temp ovens. Unfortunately, they have sacrificed quality by doing this. The pizzas aren't as good as they used to be and occasionally come out doughy and under cooked. I will admit, every time I complain they make it right; it's just, I'm tired of complaining. Their drinks have started to get expensive, but if you watch the specials you can still swing a $2-$3 pint. As for the decline, I've talked with many friends and a bunch of regular patrons and they all have noticed this. Unfortunately, it seems they are doing well enough, and there is not other restaurants to fill this niche, that there is no incentive to improve things.

We love coming to OC'a but tonight there is a sour smell in here. A REALLY bad smell!' It's like there's something rotten in the carpet. Drinks are still good but can't get over the smell.

Great food, good beer, bad service. The flavored frys are crazy good! Well everything we had was super good! I tried 3 beers all cold, and pretty tasty. Wish I could have had more but our server was pretty horrible. I saw him maybe 3 times had to order things from the random lady delivering our food, just because I am a young couple with a child does not mean you should ignore me. If he would have been better we would have tipped him great. We went in a second time, we like to give multiple chances. Service was still horrible and everyone we talked to was placing blame on someone else. Also I should not have to wait 35 minuets for my appetizer... Due to this new and even less impressive experience I am re rating this at 2 stars.

Man,this place was amazing. Maybe it was cause I was starving but their pizza, both deep dish and thin crust pizza were amazing. Service was a little slow but we didn't mind because the food turned out so great and the service was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back and try stuff from the rest of the menu

I've been to this Old C's the most: in my college days, it was the easiest to get to, and now I live nearby. I've had a range of experiences at this location, sometimes awesome and sometimes terrible, but obviously none bad enough to keep me away forever. Recently we had a company holiday party in their private room. My food and beer experiences here overall have been good and consistent. I've always had a soft spot for their Italian Nachos, and I actually do like the specialty pizzas even though I've had true deep dish in Chicago. I LOVE the huge selection of beers offered on tap, and they carry a great deal of local microbrews as well as imports. I believe I've had a little more than 80 different beers here over the years (according to my World Beer Tour status). Back to the company party: the private room is sized well enough to seat up to 50 people and there are doors you can close. It wasn't laid out very strategically for efficient lines to form for the pizza buffet, however, and I felt like we were in the way of other diners' and servers'. Music is piped into the room to help with the ambience, but it didn't help the temperature: the room was very cold the entire night and we couldn't figure out how to control it. Thankfully I was wearing a cozy sweater, but a few folks had to don their coats. Service was actually very good for the large group. Two gals kept our drink orders straight, and they were unfailingly courteous and friendly. They did forget to bring our beers once, but as soon as they were reminded, they apologized and came back immediately with them. In the past, I've had excellent servers, but I've also had very sour servers, so on this night, it was great that our Old C's team was pretty cool. For under $20/person (we had over 40 folks), we all had unlimited pizza, salad, soft drinks, and 1 adult beverage, and tax & gratuity was included. Unfortunately, the pizza choices were not extensive: pepperoni, sausage, cheese, pepperoni & sausage, and ham & pineapple. There was no buffet pizza offered that night that had actual vegetable toppings. I would have liked to see a pizza with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives, even if it was completely vegetarian. The salad was sad: the lettuce leaves were chopped to bits in the huge bowl, and there were NOT enough tomatoes. Other than the 3 dressings provided, it wasn't much of a salad. This Old C's has a huge footprint. Covered patio in the back, pool tables on the side, large bar area, big dining room with several booths, and the private room. I have always thought that the parking layout was a bit strange, and it can get crowded (especially on game days) as it shares the lot with several other businesses. Old C's is a Colorado-based chain, so it's nice to support it.

Good pizza, good atmosphere, good service. Most items on the menu are fattening/greasy but it's nice to have pizza every now and then...... Ohhh the Stromboli is great!!

The bar had an odd sour smell but the rest was fabulous! Our server Katie was excellent and the manager was also present and friendly! Their Chicken Apple Walnut salad was incredible and HUGE!!! I am so glad I had the half portion! Their deep dish classic pizza was very good! I would love to try their thin and crispy crust next time. I also enjoyed a cup of the green chili chicken soup. Nice depth of flavor with a slight kick to it but not "spicy." Excellent food, great service and a very affordable dinner tab. I will definitely come back!

Family friendly dining area service. Much better food and service than the Woodmen location.

Sorry, but If you want old chicagos for dinner, Try another location. Went last night during broncos game. It was a disaster. Over 90 minutes to get our food! Not worth the wait. The manager comped us 75%. Still not worth it. We live close by, but will still be taking this store off our list.

Food was ok. Service was just fine for how busy they where. But the only thing I had a problem with was cleanliness of the establishment.

Excellent calzones. The burgers are out of this world! I am comparing the burgers to Red Robins burgers and hands down Old Chicago's got them beat. Clean, nice service, and clean establishment.

Anyone who has actually had Chicago pizza will know this place is phony. The service was ok. The only plus side to this place was the beer selection. I would recommend it for a place to go have a few beers and maybe appetizers, but the pizza is and disgrace to real Chicago pizza.

Disappointed for the last time.. I can only recommend this place if you want to enjoy their selection of beers. Otherwise, steer clear. Their food is decent, neither bad nor spectacular, but I am big on service. The reasons for my 2 stars: Bartenders: Both Alyssas and Drew are great. Shawn on the other hand.. don't expect any friendliness (or service for that matter) unless you have boobs. Maybe it's how they do things here, but 90% of my beers are covered in spill-over from the pour. I'm talking soaked sticky glasses nearly every time. And it's so consistent.. I just don't get it. Wait Staff: Very hit or miss. On my last visit I was met with dirty silverware. I'm not picky, but I don't want multiple chunks of food stuck in my fork. I asked for another set and waited for nearly 5 minutes while my food cooled off. When she returned, she didn't apologize or anything, but instead made some offhanded joke about the whole thing. Hostesses: This is where I finally threw in the towel. I called to order take out for my free birthday pizza. She asked me if I wanted my free pizza to be small, medium, or large. Of course I opted for the large. Upon showing up, I was told I needed to pay $3 because I went with the large. Ridiculous. While I waited another 15 minutes for my pizza (I was told it would be 20, but it turned out to be 35), the 5'5 brunette hostess made me want to pull my hair out. Completely incompetent and was running the hostess stand solo. She simply said "I don't know" to about 7 different patrons who walked through the door and asked questions. She was unable to help a single person with what they were asking about or looking for. I felt like I was just watching one disappointed customer after another. It was so bad I contemplated walking over and giving her a lesson on service. This is the same girl who let me order a "free" large pizza only to pay for it when I arrived. The 5'10 blonde seemed pretty on point. I imagine there is a training program prior to their first day. Whatever training they do receive is failing both them and the company. The food isn't good enough to put up with the poor service. The beer is good if you just want to knock back a few with friends. I have been to all the Old Chicagos in town multiple times and would recommend any of them over this location. Good luck!

Good shit, that's my best review I give!! Haha seriously though... I've been looking for a spicy pizza and this one was perfect. I had the Spicy Double Decker Pepperoni, and it was made by the hands of god (lower or uppercase) ;)

Two times in a row they have disappointed me on pick up orders. Once I ordered a pizza for pick up, and when I got there, it was the wrong size, so I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. The first pizza was cold by then. Tonight I ordered a chopped salad. Apparently they have a different definition of chopped than any other restaurant because the lettuce was huge. I had to cut it. Won't be going to this one again. They need to up their pick-up game. If I were /in/ the restaurant, they could at least attempt to make it right. But when they screw up take-out orders, who wants to get back in their car to go complain? I'll just Yelp my disappointment.

Horrible services, my table waited 45 minutes before being informed our food was given to another table and our food will be out "shortly" staff seems to only care their regulars.

Service was great. Pretty packed on Friday's! Tried the bite size ribs for an appetizer and they were good. Mainly a place to go to try different beers and watch sports.

This place is no comparison to true Chicago style pizza. Maybe I have been spoiled growing up not far from Chicago, but how can they even call themselves Old Chicago? They make their pies in speed ovens! If you want some good wood-oven pizza, go to il vicino downtown. The service here is horrible and almost non-existent or very slow at best. Expect to have to track down your server every time you need something. Maybe lunch time is better than weekend evenings I'm sure, but it's not worth trying anymore.

Great happy hour from 3-7 Monday thru Friday. Great deals for $1 off drinks, draft beers and appetizers ranging from $3-8 including salad, one topping pizza, Italian nachos, cheese sticks, jalapeño pretzel with cheese, chicken tenders the list goes on. The service was fast and the waitress was very attentive. Great place to go for a drink after work or to play some pool, darts, or air hockey with friends.

Ok..2 thumbs up. Phenomenal food. Great staff. Friendly and fast service. In addition to great dining experience kids can go play all the games they want while the big kids enjoy a nice glass of wine, beer or cocktails. Pick your poison they are great at making it all.

We come here often for lunch and sometimes for supper. Emily is absolutely phenomenal. She's quick, correct with the orders and seems to remember what we had to drink on our last visit which gives us the warm and fuzzies. Its casual, fun and clean. I recommend this place for a date or big groups, either way you won't be disappointed. Not too mention the food is always good and has the same great taste every time.

If I could pick a negative star. I would for tonight. They booked a party in the pool table area. Clearly not enough seating for the patrons and their kids. 35 min for a drink and almost the same for the bill. If you know that you are having a large amount of people at once. Bring in extra staff. Parties are Normally held in the dining area. It's too Bad that only 1 of 4 Old Chicago's in Colorado Springs has pool tables. If we could do a negative tip. We would server was uppity about moving a round table to where it normally is because it was reserved. Funny. That NOBODY was using it. "Cute" management clearly don't know how to manage

Old C's is awesome. I love their food and their happy hour prices are killer. This location has eight pool tables ($1 a game). My friend and I went on a weekday night and there was no problem getting service or a pool table. The only thing I was a little peeved with was the draft menu was not current. About 3 of the beers that I asked for and were listed on the menu they didn't actually have.
